Why did you choose BB&N? And why do you love giving tours?
I chose BB&N because of the community. Although I came to BB&N in seventh grade, before I had made my decision I was around both the middle and upper school a lot. I went to numerous classes as well as soccer and sports games. What really stood out to me was the community and how close everyone is. That is why I love giving tours because not only do I want to showcase the academics, I want to showcase how important our community is to one another.
What activities are you involved in?
I am on the Boy’s Varsity Soccer team, and in the Investment Club, and Sports Statistics Club, I give tours as well as write for the school’s sports magazine, The Benchwarmer.
What BB&N tradition do you love the most?
Knight games are a long-standing tradition at BB&N where every student is assigned a team, and we have school-wide games and rallies in our teams.
What do Honor, Scholarship, and Kindness mean to you?
These three words really just describe what BB&N is. There are rarely any times when people are not willing to help or do something for you. At the same time, everyone maintains high levels of honor and scholarship as the BB&N courses are tough.
What is your favorite place on campus?
I actually like the main office a lot because of how friendly and open everyone is. It’s a good place to lie down on the couches or do work.
What are you most looking forward to this school year?
I am really looking forward to the Senior Spring Project in the spring which is basically what the spring of your senior year is. You, yourself, design a plan of action in different pillars of learning rather than sit in a classroom for the last days of high school.
