Why did you choose BB&N? And why do you love giving tours?
I came to BB&N in Beginners (Pre-K), and have stayed ever since. I love giving tours because I enjoy meeting new people and showing them around the school, a place that has truly made me who I am. I have many reasons for staying at BB&N for all these years and being able to showcase those reasons to prospective students is another aspect of my love for giving tours.
What activities are you involved in?
I am involved in the Comp Sci Club and Trivia Club, along with the Golf Team, Woodworking, and the Community Service program.
What BB&N tradition do you love the most?
My favorite BB&N tradition is the Knight Games, which take place every year. Everybody has a lot of fun competing with or against their friends in fun games like cup stacking, capture the flag and volleyball.
What do Honor, Scholarship, and Kindness mean to you?
Our motto is something that is very important to me because it embodies the values that I attempt to live by every day, along with the values I want to see in our community. To me, the three aspects of the motto are all closely related to each other because they embody the idea of treating others, yourself, your work, and the world as a whole with respect and honor, something that I attempt to do in every day in my life in and out of school.
What is your favorite place on campus?
My favorite place on campus is the woodshop because it is a place that I spend a lot of time in, both in and out of class. It is a place where I can unwind and work on projects that allow me to find other focuses than typical schoolwork. Along with this, the woodworking teacher and my fellow woodworking students are awesome!
What are you most looking forward to this school year?
This school year, I am most looking forward to connecting with my friends throughout the school day and pursuing my goals and passions in and out of school. I am especially looking forward to the spring because it means golf season, which is always my favorite time of the year because I get to play my favorite sport for school with some of my really good friends.
