Coaches

Sam Crihfield

English Teacher

Mr. Crihfield has coached with the BB&N Girls Varsity Tennis program (spring) as well as the BB&N Boys Soccer program (fall) since 2017. He grew up in southwestern Connecticut, where he played tennis and soccer for Greenwich High School and local club teams. He continued playing at the club level during college at Harvard. In addition to BB&N, he has coached both soccer and tennis at St. Paul’s School in Concord, NH and Seattle Academy of Arts and Sciences in Seattle, WA. He also teaches English in the BB&N Upper School.

BB&N’s Girls Varsity Tennis team has established itself as one of the strongest in the highly competitive ISL over the last several seasons. We take pride in making sure that our team experience fits well into BB&N’s rigorous academic calendar. After an impressive 11-5 record last season, our best finish in years, we’re looking forward to welcoming new players to help us continue to improve our competitive edge in league play.
