The junior varsity program at BB&N is one that emphasizes fun, family, and hard work. The goal of the program is to teach student-athletes about the game of hockey while implementing a lifelong love for the game that the girls can carry with them and share with others. The team has grown in size over the years and is an all-inclusive program that accepts student-athletes of all levels, regardless of experience. The skill level ranges from learning to play all the way up to swing players that can make varsity appearances at some point in their careers. The coaching staff is highly motivated to ensure that there is a fun learning environment for each individual and that growth in learning can take place on a daily basis. The team also plays a competitive schedule during the year, which allows the players to test their skills against other opponents. Over the years, the coaches and players have worked hard to improve their game while maximizing their love for the game. The coaches are looking forward to seeing each and every player develop as the winter progresses.
