Jeff Emenaker

Athletics Associate, Head Varsity Volleyball Coach
Coach Jeff begins his sixth year as the varsity volleyball coach at BB&N. After a 3-14 record his first year and a season not played due to Covid, in 2021 Jeff led the Knights to a 20-1 record and a spot in the NEPSAC Class “B” finals while winning the school’s first ever ISL Championship with a perfect 11-0 record. Despite moving up to Class “A” the Knights continued to be successful in 2022 compiling an 18-3 overall record and a Class “A” semi-finalist spot and another undefeated (11-0) ISL Championship. The Knights continued their success in 2023 ending up 15-4 overall, and 10-1 in ISL earning an unprecedented 3rd straight ISL Championship. Jeff is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy where he majored in mathematics and was captain of the varsity volleyball team which he led to the school’s first East Coast Championship berth finishing 3rd and ending the season with a national rank of 16. During his service in the Navy Jeff won a Southern California military division beach volleyball championship. Jeff coaches on the club level with SMASH Volleyball Club working with both boys and girls teams at all levels over the past several years.

The Girls Middle School Basketball B team is looking forward to another successful season. Practices will focus on the fundamentals of the game and work to help each individual and the collective unit grow over the course of the season.

The coaching staff hopes to see marked improvement each week as the players get comfortable with the system. Players will work on movement away from the ball, proper screens, zone and man pressing, and much more. The coaches are looking forward to seeing each and every player develop as the winter progresses.
