Building Bridges & Networks, BB&N’s flagship alumni engagement program, offers a meaningful framework for alumni across all generations to connect, contribute, and give back to the school community. Building Bridges & Networks invites alumni to share their post-BB&N experiences with current students and alums through mentorship, internships, senior spring project opportunities, and/or as an alumni speaker. “Attending the career lunch allowed me to meet other alumni in my industry and understand potential career routes and guidance. I enjoyed not only talking about our industries but also connecting on our individual experiences at BB&N,” says Augie Lin ’14.

Connecting with a fellow alum (and from a younger generation) was a fantastic way to give back to the BB&N community. Her questions were very sharp and insightful — our conversation energized me and made me grateful for the power of the BB&N network

Thank you very much for connecting me with alumni this summer. Being able to connect was very valuable as I figured out what my next steps looked like. I accepted an offer for an analyst internship next summer! I am very excited to work with the team and am grateful for the alumni community that BB&N has built that allowed me to explore opportunities like this.

In the past 18 months, I’ve had two young alumni reach out to me with questions about careers in finance, and it was an absolute pleasure speaking with them. They were looking to better understand the day-to-day of my job and for interview advice. Both were super grateful, and it felt great to give back!
