Learning Specialist
As a middle schooler, Coach Mx. enjoyed playing volleyball all across Connecticut and eventually made it onto the Varsity Team at Mercy High School, where they remained undefeated for four years. After high school, Mx. played for UNH under the guidance of their favorite coach and role model, Duffy Lynch. Since then, Mx. has continued to play on Waka Club teams and volunteer in their hometown. Last year, when offered the opportunity to coach, Mx. was overjoyed and eagerly accepted the position. As the new coach for the BB&N Knights, Mx. is excited for a great year of volleyball.

Season Recap

The JV Volleyball team is looking forward to another successful season. Learning new skills along with live game action in practice will be instrumental in developing the player’s fundamentals throughout the season as well as giving them feedback with results they can relate to immediately. Working on the finer details of the game, and establishing roles in practice and in games will help further them as players. The coaching staff hopes to see marked improvement each week as the players get comfortable with the system that is teaching them movement away from the ball, proper technique, digging, and more. The coaches are looking forward to seeing each and every player develop as the season progresses.
