Veronika is a first-year Knight at BB&N, working in the Advancement Office. She graduated from Northeastern University in 2021, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology while simultaneously competing on the women’s ice hockey team. Veronika brings a positive and light hearted spirit to the team and is eager to drive competitiveness and companionship throughout the season.

The middle school program at BB&N is one that introduces students to the game of ice hockey. The focus is on skill development and learning the finer points of the game, while maintaining a laid-back approach to make the experience fun for all. The team skates three to five times a week, depending on the schedule. Every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, the team participates in skill sessions that focus on skating, passing, and shooting. The main goal of the practice sessions is to fine-tune the basic skills needed to play a game. The girls play games on Wednesdays and Fridays against other private schools in the area. The coaches work hard with the student-athletes to ensure that the basic skills are taught so that the players can enjoy a successful high school career.
