How do I register?

Registration opens in March 2018 - we will email and mail you details on how to register, and you can always check back here for updates!

For the 50th Reunion Class and above, dinner is included with your Strawberry Night registration fee.

For the 45th Reunion Class and below, heavy hors d'oeuvres at Beat Brasserie are included with your Strawberry Night registration fee.

How do I communicate my dietary restrictions/allergies?

Please contact Kim Whitney at kwhitney@bbns.org or call (617) 800-2731 with any serious allergies or dietary restrictions. While the main fare should accommodate a wide variety of tastes and dietary needs, a limited amount of alternative meals will be provided when requested.

What beverages are included in the cost of my meal?

Your dinner at Strawberry Night includes a selection of complimentary non-alcoholic beverages and two drink tickets that may be used for beer or wine.

IDs and Alcohol

The school’s alcohol policy is designed to be consistent with the laws of the State of Massachusetts and reflects the need for mutual respect and personal responsibility. Drugs are not permitted on campus. Alcohol not provided by the school is prohibited on campus, and possession and serving of alcohol by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited. Please note, you will need to provide an ID to enter Strawberry Night.

Is parking available?

Yes. Guests are welcome to park at the Upper School parking lot and along Greenough Blvd. Overflow parking is available at Lot #4, and there will be a shuttle between Lot #4 and the Upper School all day. Please note, all vehicles must be removed by 11:30 PM to avoid towing.

There will also be a shuttle bus transporting guests (5th - 45th Reunion Classes) from the Upper School to Beat Brasserie from 4:30PM - 6:00PM, and from the Upper School to Harvard Square (for 50th and above Reunion Classes) between 9:00 PM and 10:30 PM.

Are children welcome?

Yes. We look forward to seeing families with their children of all ages throughout the weekend.

What childcare is available during the weekend?

We will not be hosting Strawberry Night for Kids this year, but we are able to supply a list of BB&N faculty/staff caregivers upon request.

Are all buildings handicapped accessible?

All buildings open during Reunion Weekend are properly equipped for wheelchair access.

I have special needs. Whom may I contact?

For those with special needs that we should be aware of to make your visit to campus more comfortable, please contact Kim Whitney at kwhitney@bbns.org or call (617) 800-2731 in advance so we may best accommodate you.

What time, and where is my class photo?

For the 50th Reunion Class and above, photos are taken after dinner in the Commons, and the time of your class's photo will be listed on a card at your table.

For the 45th Reunion Classes and below, the photos will be taken at Beat Brasserie, and photo times will be available on signage throughout the venue. The DJ will also be announcing class photo times.

What is the attire?

While most guests opt for business casual, attire is certainly varied. From jeans, to party dresses, to jacket and tie, our suggestion is to dress comfortably and be prepared for the weather, which might fluctuate from cool to warm, sunny to rainy. Most importantly, remember to bring your dancing shoes!

What if it rains?

The celebration will continue as planned! Most events are held indoors. A rain plan will be communicated via email and this website if necessary.

Are there designated areas for smoking?

No. BB&N is a non-smoking campus.

Are pets allowed on campus?

Only guide dogs are permitted.
