BB&N Transportation Program
BB&N provides bus transportation to more than 15 communities in the Greater Boston area. Any BB&N student may participate in the Transportation Program for the morning and afternoon, morning only or afternoon only. The morning bus schedule is structured so that students arrive shortly before the school day. The afternoon buses depart the Lower School upon dismissal, Middle School upon completion of athletic and health and wellness programming, and Upper School at the end of the academic day.
The schedules for Upper School students participating in interscholastic athletic games, after school extra curricular activities, and varsity/junior varsity athletics may not be able to ride buses home, depending on the end time of the activities. BB&N expects the number of students impacted by late schedules will be fewer than last year due to adjusted schedules related to the pandemic.
Registration opens on Wednesday, August 12 at 8:00 AM on a first come, first served basis.
BB&N may need to change bus routes, stops and timetables periodically throughout the year.
Families who plan to use BB&N’s Transportation Program must commit to riding the bus for the full school year. However, fees will be billed monthly and if BB&N moves to Full Remote learning for more than a week at a time, BB&N will offer pro rata refunds. If BB&N moves to Hybrid learning, transportation fees for Upper and Middle School will be charged at 60% of the full rate (Lower School students will be on campus each day with the Hybrid model). Transportation billing is linked with the transportation registration site and is separate from BB&N’s billing system. Financial aid is available.
Bus service will not be available to non-transportation families between campuses.
