Athletics Upper School 9-12

The Upper School athletics program offers something for everyone, including varsity, JV, and some "3rd" teams, plus classes on health and fitness, strength and conditioning, and other recreational activities. We value competitive sports for the lessons they teach about victory and defeat, leadership, and teamwork. And we value them for the sheer joy of competition so many of our students experience here.
