Senior Parents' Gift

Senior parents at BB&N conduct their own special fund-raising project. As a class, they designate their gift to one of several endowed funds or capital building projects so that the funds they raise leave a legacy gift to the School. In the past, senior parents have elected to support financial aid, faculty compensation, faculty professional development, or one of the current building projects.

The 2012 Senior Parents’ Gift will be used to create the Senior Parents Fund for Faculty and Families, which will support faculty compensation and financial aid endowment, two of BB&N’s long-term financial priorities.

Each parent committee member speaks with a small number of senior families about their gifts to the Senior Parents’ Fund, which are in lieu of their gifts to the Annual Fund during the senior year.
