  
Instructor: Nick PapasMr. Nick Papas has recently completed his 33rd season as Head Basketball Coach for Burlington High School. During this time, Coach Papas' squads posted 22 consecutive winning seasons, from 1978-2000, including 20 State Tournament apperarances. On December 30, 2008, Burlington defeated Reading 65-50 to give Coach Papas his 400th Career Victory! Coach Papas is both Melrose HS and Minuteman Regional HS all-time winningest Basketball Coach! He is the past President of the Mass. Basketball Coaches Association. In 1996 and 2003, Nick was named Div II North "Coach of the Year" by the MBCA and Mass. "Coach of the Year" by the Sons of Italy, Grand Lodge of America, for outstanding service/success in 1996. In 2002 Nick was inducted into the Watertown HS Hall of Fame and in 2004, he was the recipient of the Sherm Kinney Award, sponsored by the MIAA for unselfish devotion and contributions to HS basketball in Massachusetts. A 1973 graduate of Springfield College, Coach Papas is a physical education instructor at Minuteman Regional and joined BB&N this past school year as a Varsity Basketball Coach for the BB&N team. Coach Papas, who has been associated with quality basketball schools for many years, advocates the development of fundamental basketball skills and a competitive attitude. Dates: Now two weeks to choose from! Camp Wk 7: Aug 6 - Aug 10 Camp Wk 8: Aug 13 - Aug 17 What to Bring: Lunch is provided! Sports Academy Campers should wear appropriate sport specific attire. Also, Basketball campers should bring: a water bottle and a bathing suit (slip and slide or pool time possible). Options: Both Early Morning and Extended Day Options are available to Sports Academy Campers. Any camper not enrolled in the Early Morning program who is dropped off prior to 8:30AM will be placed into the Early Morning program and charged the Daily Rate.
