Drop Off/Pick-up/Parking

Drop Off and Pick Up details for Early Morning (7:30am) and Extended Day (5:30) are as follows:  All Early Morning and Extended Day campers should be dropped off and picked up at the ATHLETIC CENTER!

 

Drop Off and Pick Up details are as follows for Regular drop off  (8:30am) and Regular pick up (3:30):

 

Pre-Camper and Post-Campers  ONLY: (This is for Pre-Camps Week 1 and 2 as well as Post-Camp Week 1) Parents in this group, regardless of the age/grade of the camper, will drop off and pick up at the ATHLETIC CENTER.  There is no live pick-up line. Parents must park and walk their child into camp each morning.  

 

Pre K, K, and Grades 1 and 2: Parents are required to park in the designated lot and walk in with their camper to their classroom as well as pick up campers up in this same classroom. No live drop off or pick up  is available for this age group. Please park only in the MAIN SCHOOL LOT at 80 Gerry’s Landing Road by entering via the far parking lot entrance as the lot is a one-way loop.  The Pre K and K groups will be in the community room, which is a left after entering the main doors. The first grade rooms are on the right as you walk through the main entrance. The first grade rooms are on the second floor of the building, just above the main entrance. The second grade rooms are on the third floor.  Parents are required to drop off and pick up the children from these designated locations.  Counselors will be available at the school entrance to guide families to their child's classroom.

 

Grades 3-4: Parents in this group are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the Live Drop-off and the Live Pick-up Line at the MAIN SCHOOL BUILDING at 80 Gerry’s Landing Road.  For Live Drop-off or Live Pick-up please enter the first driveway in front of the main building (right before the traffic light) on 80 Gerry’s Landing Road. Children must enter/exit the car immediately as parking in this area or idling will not be permitted.  At drop off, counselors will be available to escort your child to their group and classroom at drop off.  At pick up, counselors will direct children to their family car and ensure their safe entrance into their car.  Should you have a need to park, please park only in the MAIN school lot at 80 Gerry’s Landing Road by entering via the far parking lot entrance as the lot is a one-way loop. If you choose to park you must escort your child into the main entrance of the building.

 

Grades 5-6, CIT's and Sports Academy: Parents in this group are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the Live Drop-off and the Live Pick-up Line at the ATHLETIC CENTER.  There will be NO parking at the Athletic Center Parking Lot at any time.  Should you have a need to park, please park only in the MAIN school lot at 80 Gerry’s Landing Road by entering via the far parking lot entrance as the lot is a one-way loop. After parking, please walk back up to the Athletic Center to either drop off or pick up your child.

 

Language Academy: Parents in this group are strongly encouraged to take advantage of the Live Drop-off and the Live Pick-up Line at the MAIN SCHOOL BUILDING at 80 Gerry’s Landing Road.  For Live Drop-off or Live Pick-up please enter the first driveway in front of the main building (right before the traffic light) on 80 Gerry’s Landing Road. Children must exit the car immediately as parking in this area or idling will not be permitted.  Counselors will be available to escort your child to their group and classroom. Should you have a need to park, or if your child is driving themselves, please park only in the MAIN school lot at 80 Gerry’s Landing Road by entering via the far parking lot entrance as the lot is a one-way loop. We ask that Language Academy students do not leave their cars in the lot for the 2 weeks while they are away overseas. *Drop off on Friday, July 9th will be at Logan Airport. *Pickup on Thursday, July 22nd  will be at Logan Airport.

 

NHOP Campers: If you have a child participating in the NHOP program, please drop off and pick up your child according to your child's grade level as detailed above.

 

SIBLINGS:  In order to assist those families dropping off and/or picking up multiple children at our camp this summer,  a single live drop off and pick up location is available for siblings in grades 3-8.  In order to take advantage of this option, you must contact the Camp Office prior to the start of your camp week.  Siblings can then be dropped off and/or picked up at the drop off and/or pick up location of the youngest child as detailed above.

For example: If you have a 2nd grader and a 6th grader: you will drop off and pick up both children at the 2nd grader's location detailed above (The Main School Building). The older child will then walk to the Athletic Center to meet their group.  Counselors will be available to ensure your children are directed to their appropriate building and class room.  

** Please note, if one of your children is in Pre-K, K, grade 1 or 2, you must park in the lot as detailed above to drop off or pick up as live pick up and drop off lines are not available for this age group.

 

 

Late Pick-Up from Regular 3:30 Dismissal: Any camper not picked up from their counselor/group by 3:30 will be considered late. By 3:45, all late children will be brought to the camp office and families will be charged the Extended Day Daily rate and placed in the care of our Extended Day Program.  Families late in picking up their children will be charged the Extended Day Daily rate regardless of the amount of time the child spends in our Extended Day program.

 

Late Pick-Up from Extended Day: Any camper not picked up from the Extended Day program promptly by 5:30 will be considered late.  At 5:45, all late children will be brought to the camp office and families will be charged an additional Extended Day Daily rate for that day.  Repeated or extreme lateness may result in the loss o f any future participation in the Extended Day Program for that family.
