ASAP Classes

ASAP CLASSES: Spring 2014 Programs listed below!

The After School Activities Program (ASAP) consists of more structured activities for any students in grades K-6 who wish to participate. This program may include chess, soccer, tennis, karate, dance, cooking, and Robotics. These classes typically meet immediately following school dismissal for one hour after school dismissal once a week through the semester. ASAP is offered on a per semester basis. Each semester coincides with the halfway point of the BB&N academic calendar.  Families may choose to extend their child's day at BB&N by attending the After Care Program after the completion of each ASAP class.

In order to continue to allow our older students to participate in some of their favorite after school activities, we have created some ASAP classes that don't begin until 4:15 PM allowing time for our Grade 6th grade students to participate. All of these programs take place at the Lower School. MS students can take the BB&N shuttle from the US to the end of Sparks St after sports dismissal and walk the remaining way to the LS for their ASAP class. It is the obligation of the student and his/her family to determine if there are any athletic conflicts before registering for any classes.

*** Summer Extravaganza***

*  Open Weeks are weeks or partial weeks during the school year in which BB&N classes are in session but ASAP classes are NOT running as normal. During Open Weeks all ASAP registered students in that semester may participate in the Sports Extravaganza that may be offered at the end of their semester on the day(s) that they would normally go to their ASAP class, free of charge.  Sports Extravaganza is wild and fun relays, games, and fun marking the end of each semester. This program will be run by the After Care teachers and our Sports Instructors.
