After Care Calendar:

AS pops

After Care is only available when school is in session

for a full day.  After Care is NOT available on half days of school. After Care is offered on a per semester  basis although a daily rate can be purchased (see details below). Each semester coincides with the half way point of the BB&N academic calendar.  The After Care semester runs as follows:

2011/2012 School Year:

Fall Semester: 7 Sept, 2011 - 20 Jan 2012

Spring Semester: 23 Jan 2012 - 6 June 2012 


 

ASAP Calendar: 

ASAP classes are offered on a per semester basis with two semesters per school year.  The ASAP semester will now coincide with the halfway point of the BB&N academic calendar.  As a result, ASAP classes will run as follows:


2011-2012 School Year:

Fall Semester: 12 Sept, 2011 - 20 Jan, 2012

 Open week: 6 Sept, 2011 - 9 Sept, 2011, NO ASAP offered this week

 Open week: 17 Jan, 2012 - 19 Jan 2012 *** Winter Extravaganza***

 Spring Semester: 23 Jan, 2012 - 31 May, 2012

Open week: 29 May 2012 - 31 May 2012 *** Summer Extravaganza***

ASAP Cooking

 classes are in session but ASAP classes are NOT running as normal. During Open Weeks all ASAP registered students in that semester may participate in the Sports Extravaganza that may be offered at the end of their semester on the day(s) that they would normally go to their ASAP class, free of charge.  Sports Extravaganza is wild and fun relays, games, and fun marking the end of each semester. This program will be run by the After Care teachers and our Sports Instructors.
