Traveling Star Lab Comes to Lower School

BB&N Lower School students spent Saturday, November 20th viewing the night sky, in the middle of the day! Thanks to a visit from the Boston Museum of Science’s traveling planetarium, up to 25 students and parents at a time spent the morning star gazing. The inflatable planetarium allows for hands on astronomy teaching without the logistics of a museum trip.

The visit was coordinated by Lower School science teacher Caitlin Drechsler as part of the BB&N’s Family Science Saturday program.
