The beginning of September is technically still summer, and yet, we all collectively quickly, and suddenly, switch gears into “back to school” mode. A few welcome the return to structure, but many struggle with the abrupt transition back to schedules and greater accountability. During those opening days of school, the weather can be warm, even hot and humid, and the relaxed pace and residue of the vacation vibe feels close at hand.
