BB&N Named Host School for Critical Languages Program

Upper School Arabic teacher Ruth McDonough (pictured left) reports that BB&N has recently been named a host school for the Teachers of Critical Languages Program by the American Councils for International Education and the State Department. As a result, Ms. McDonough will be working alongside an Egyptian exchange teacher during the 2011-2012 year in her classes and throughout BB&N’s greater school community. “This is an exciting opportunity for our whole community,” says McDonough. “It is the first step in establishing an academic and cultural exchange with Egypt, not to mention a very cool time for BB&N Arabic students.”
