BB&N is proud of its long history of helping families make an independent school education possible for their children. Through our policies and practices our goal is to try to enroll talented and motivated students regardless of their family’s ability to afford a BB&N education.
Fundamentally, financial aid enriches the experience of every single member of the BB&N community. Financial aid allows us to create a community of learners from many different backgrounds, who will test each other’s assumptions, cultivate each other’s strengths, and open each other's remarkable young minds.
Nearly a quarter of our students receive need-based aid, which places us above the average for schools that are members of the National Association of Independent Schools (NAIS). And we are continually working to increase our financial aid resources.

If your child is an applicant for admission:
January 23, 2017: Complete the Parents' Financial Statement.
January 23, 2017: Upload to SSS your complete 2015 federal tax return with all schedules, 2015 W-2 forms, and a signed, dated (2015,2016) IRS Form 4506 t-ez.
February 23, 2017: Upload to SSS your 2016 Federal Income Tax Return with W-2 forms and all the attached schedules.
If your child is a current student:
Current families applying for aid for the first time should call the Financial Aid Office for information about the application process.
January 12, 2017: Complete the Parents' Financial Statement.
January 12, 2017: Upload to SSS a signed, undated IRS Form4506 t-ez.
By February 17, 2017: Upload to SSS your 2016 Federal Income Tax Return with W-2 forms and all the attached schedules.
