Application Calendar

November, December, or January - Grade 6, Middle School, and Upper School applicants must take the Independent School Entrance Examination (ISEE) http://www.iseetest.org or the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT) http://www.ssat.org.

January 16 - Parent interviews and campus tours must be completed for all grade levels. Applications are due as soon as possible and no later than this date. Please note: Grade 6, Middle School, and Upper School applicants are required to also attend the interview and tour.

March 10 - Admission decision letters will be mailed.

April 10 - Parents’ reply date for acceptance of admission contracts.

Beginner & Kindergarten Evaluation Visits
Small-group visits of approximately 1 1⁄2 hours occur in December, January and February. We will notify you of your visit date.

Grade 1 Evaluation Visits
Three small-group visits occur during the last week of January. We will notify you of your visit date.

Grade 2-6 Evaluation Visits
Applicants are asked to come to BB&N on Monday, January 22, at the following times: Grade 2: 8:30- 11:30AM; Grade 3, 4, & 5: 8:30AM-Noon; Grade 6: 8:30AM-1PM.
