Curriculum

BB&N offers Middle School students a dynamic curriculum that prepares them for the rigors of secondary school coursework. The program responds to their social, artistic, and physical needs as well. Students are distinguished by their curiosity and interest in trying a variety of activities, from sports to music.

Every Middle School Student takes English, history, foreign language, math, science and the arts. With their growing maturity, students can begin to shape their own education, starting with a choice of foreign language- French, Spanish, or Latin. Students are also responsible for managing their own schedules and gradually increasing amounts of homework to help prepare them for the Upper School and beyond.
