Past Parents Gather to Tour New Upper School Building
More than 100 parents of alumni/ae gathered at the Upper School on April 22, 2007, to reconnect with each other and BB&N and tour the nearly completed Upper School building project. The event was organized by the recently created Past Parent Committee chaired by Deedie Bouscaren P'03, Janet Berkeley P'06, and Sharon Malt P'06. Building tours were led by past parent and former trustee Rick Kobus P'01, '05, Assistant Head for Operations Thom Greenlaw, and Project Manager Cynthia Westerman.
Head of School Rebecca Upham and Upper School Director Jack Knapp shared with parents a few of the many ways that the new space has already made a difference in the life of the School and the anticipated benefits of the completed project. Parents in the Classes of 2000, 2002, 2004, 2005, and 2006 were particularly excited to see the Upper School spaces that their Senior Parents' Gifts had helped fund. We look forward to welcoming Past Parents back to campus for similar events in the future.
